Nanjing Cipu Technology Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture between China's first magnetic levitation fluid equipment brand, Nanjing Cigu Technology Co., Ltd. (CIGU688448), and the world's leading modular data center infrastructure enterprise, EPG Group. It will land in Nanjing in May 2026.

CIGU was founded in 2006, and all core technologies are independently innovated. Adhering to the concept of "creating a world without friction", it has been deeply involved in magnetic levitation fluid equipment for nearly 20 years; EPG has been focusing on modular data center solutions for over 20 years, covering core markets such as Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, and occupying a leading position in the AI and ultra large scale data center fields.

③缺水高温—— 风冷无冷却塔，专用压缩机适配高温低压工况，适配泰国等极端环境；

④部署维护——V 型模块无缝拼接、可选内置水泵，启动电流仅 10A，无油免换油，大幅降低配电投资与全生命周期成本。

Over the next 3-5 years,MAGPRO will build a cold source product matrix of Air-cooled/Water-cooled Magnetic Bearing Chillers for data center scenarios：

产品迭代：以磁悬浮风冷冷水机组、磁悬浮水冷冷水机组形成双核心产品线，覆盖不同气候条件与规模的数据中心需求，持续提升 COP 与部分负荷能效。同时推出 —— 磁悬浮与 CDU 集成小冷机液冷产品，顺应 AI 算力集群功率密度暴涨、液冷规模化落地提速的行业趋势，为高功率密度数据中心提供高效冷源解决方案。

Product Iteration: Establishing a dual-core product line of magnetic levitation air-cooled and water-cooled chillers to cover data center needs across different climate conditions and scales, while continuously improving COP and part-load energy efficiency. In parallel, we are launching maglev and CDU-integrated small chiller liquid cooling products, aligning with the industry trends of surging AI compute cluster power density and accelerating large-scale liquid cooling deployment, to deliver high-efficiency cold source solutions for high-power-density data centers.

技术自研：持续深耕磁悬浮轴承、高速永磁电机、离心压缩机等核心部件自研，巩固无油系统效率不衰减、节能 30%-50%、掌握磁悬浮压缩机核心技术，同时探索磁悬浮技术在液冷小冷机场景的适配优化，打造从核心部件到系统集成的全链条自主可控能力。

In-house R&D: Continuously deepening the self-development of core components including magnetic levitation bearings, high-speed permanent magnet motors, and centrifugal compressors; reinforcing the advantages of oil-free systems with non-degrading efficiency, 30%-50% energy savings, and proprietary mastery of core magnetic levitation compressor technology. Meanwhile, we are exploring the adaptation and optimization of maglev technology in liquid cooling small chiller scenarios, building full-chain independent and controllable capabilities from core components to system integration.
